WINE PROCEDURE: PROCESSED BY
SUBMERGED ‘HOOD’, BRINGING THE
TEMPERATURE TO 30° FOR THE FIRST
FEW DAYS OF FERMENTATION, THEN
LOWERED AND CONTROLLED.
AGING: AFTER THE FIRST FREQUENT
AND FUNDAMENTAL DECANTINGS, THE
WINE IS MATURED IN SMALL, FRENCH
OAK BARRELS AND IN LARGE OAK
BARRELS FOR A PERIOD OF
OPTIMIZATION. ONCE BOTTLED IT IS
REFINED FOR MORE THAN FIVE
MONTHS PRIOR TO BEING SOLD.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
BRILLIANT RUBY RED COLOUR,
FRUITY BOUQUET WITH A RASPBERRY
FLAVOUR, A LIGHT HINT OF VIOLET.
HARMONIOUS FLAVOUR WITH JUST A
SLIGHTLY BITTER TASTE.
