AGING: AFTER THE FIRST
FREQUENT AND FUNDAMENTAL
DECANTING, THE FORCED LIQUID IS
MATURED IN SMALL, FRENCH OAK
BARRELS FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS
AND IN LARGE OAK BARRELS FOR A
PERIOD OF OPTIMIZATION. IT IS
REFINED IN BOTTLES FOR NO LESS
THAN 5 MONTHS AND CAN BE KEPT
FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO 10 YEARS
AND LONGER.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
INTENSE, ALCOHOLIC AND
PERSISTANT AROMA WITH VIOLET
UNDERTONE.
A FULL “RAISIN” FLAVOUR,
HARMONIOUS AND VELVETY. RUBY
COLOUR TENDING TOWARDS GARNET ON
AGING.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14,5 %
